一、馬克杯(300c.c): 
1、將6g的茶葉,置入馬克杯(濾網)中。 
2、待水沸騰至95°C左右。 
3、將熱水沖入馬克杯中,待約三分鐘。 
4、濾網取出,即可飲用。 
5、沖泡第二回後,待約四分鐘(可沖泡三回 )。

二、冷泡茶沖泡方式: 
冷泡茶是把適量茶葉和冷水(或礦泉水)以1:50的比例沖泡後,放入冰箱靜置四至八小時即可。 
但茶葉品種會影響沖泡時間,
如烏龍茶、高山茶等,浸泡三、四小時更有味,而片狀綠茶或香片,只要泡二、三十分鐘就入味。

*冷泡茶泡完後宜盡速喝掉,喝不完要擺冰箱,否則茶葉中的蛋白質在高溫下仍會餿掉。
