一、塑膠袋、鋁箔袋眝存法:
最好選有封口且為裝食品用之塑膠袋,
材料厚實一點、密度高的較好,
不要用有味到或再製的塑膠袋。
裝入茶袋中空氣應盡量擠出,不宜照射陽光。
另外,將買回來的茶分袋包裝,密封後裝置冰箱內,
分批沖泡,以減少茶葉開封後與空氣接觸的機會,
延緩品質劣變的產生。

1.Plastic bag, aluminium foil bag the save a method:

二、金鐵罐眝存法:
可選用鐵罐、不銹鋼罐或質地密實的錫罐,
如果是新買的罐子,或原先存放過其他物品留有味道的罐子,
可先用少許茶末置於罐內,蓋上蓋子,
上下左右搖晃輕擦罐避後倒棄,以去除異味。
市面上有販售兩層蓋子的不銹鋼茶罐,簡便而實用,
如能配合以清潔無味之塑膠袋裝茶後,
再置入罐內蓋上蓋子,以膠帶黏封蓋口則更佳。
裝有茶葉的金屬罐應置於陰涼處,
不要放在陽光直線、有異味、潮濕、有熱源的地方,
如此鐵罐才不易生銹,亦可減緩茶葉陳化、劣變的速度。
另錫罐對防潮、防氧化、阻光也有較好的效果。

2.Gold iron bottle Zhu save a method:

The metal bottle that has tea-leaf should be placed to cool place, don't put in the sunlight straight line and have strange smell, damp, have a hot source of place, so that iron bottle just don't easily become rusty, can also decelerate tea-leaf aging, inferior change of speed.
Another tin cans on the moisture, anti-oxidation, blocking light also have a better effect.

三、低溫眝存法:
將茶葉眝存的環境保持在5°C以下,
也就是使用冷藏庫或冷凍庫保存茶葉,使用此法應注意:
*眝存期限六個月以內者,冷藏溫度以維持0°C~5°C最經濟有效;
眝藏期超過半年者,以冷凍-10°C~18°C為佳。
*眝茶以專用冷藏(冷凍)庫最好,
如必需與其它食物共冷藏(冷凍),
則茶葉應妥善包裝,完全密封以免吸附異味。
*冷藏(冷凍)庫內之空氣循環良好,可達冷卻效果。
*購買多量茶葉時,應先予分裝再放入冷藏(凍)庫中,
每次取出所需沖泡量,不宜將同一包茶反覆冷凍、解凍。
*由冷藏(冷凍)庫內取出茶葉時,
應先讓茶罐內茶葉溫度回升至與室溫相近,
才可取出茶葉,否則驟予打開茶罐,
茶葉容易凝結水氣而增加含水量,使未泡完之茶葉加速劣變。

3.The low temperature save a method:
Keep below 5°C the environment that tea-leaf save, which means use cold storage or cold storage to keep tea-leaf, using this method should notice:
*The saves for term's six months in, refrigerate the temperature to maintain 0°C~5°C are effectively the most economic;

*While purchasing to measure more tea-leaf should first to load separately and then put to go into to refrigerate(jelly) a database in, take out each time need to pour the quantity, should not same pack tea repeatedly frozen, defrost.
*By refrigerate(refrigeration) to take out tea-leaf inside the database, should let tea-leaf temperature inside the tea-canister back up to first similar to indoor temperature, just commendable pay tea-leaf, otherwise suddenly to open the tea-canister, tea-leaf easily condenses aqueous vapor and increment to contain the amount of water and make tea-leaf that don't finish steeping accelerate inferior change.
